Room was clean with comfy beds and nice towels. It had air conditioning, microwave, fridge, and hairdryer. Loved the dining area too. Breakfast was well-stocked with hot and cold choices. There’s a fitness center and kids' pool for fun. Staff were friendly, especially the waffle maker.

Well priced and perfect hotel, well-appointed rooms, bravo!

All in all particularly good and unbeatable setting not far from the theme parks and downtown disney as well as different shopping areas as well as Walmart. Exceptionally comfortable beds and a small fridge and a microwave.

The breakfast was plentiful and delicious with hot options including Mickey mouse waffles, and the pool was great. The location was great, with a theme park and eateries close to the hotel.

The room was well-appointed and beautifully maintained with a king-sized bed. The location of the hotel was central, very close to Disney parks, restaurants, and souvenir shops.

EXCELLENT location!!! It is super close to Disney and walking distance is a Mc Donalds and other restaurants as well as many souvenir shops and extras. THE COMPLETE BREAKFAST!!! Just like the pictures, fruit, cereal, waffles, cakes, milk, yogurt, juice, something hot that alternated between scrambled eggs, sausages, potatoes, etc.. very nice eideal to start the day well.

One of the managers behaved badly, superb, and overdone... a pity because apparently the day I arrived everything looked fabulous, the check in was done by a very nice host who I told him that basically we would have breakfast and go out to competition until the evening. The second night we arrived super late and they had grabbed from my room WITHOUT ANY NOTIFICATION a toy size rice pot that I had taken to reinforce the food for my students, it is worth mentioning that the pot was on a DISCONNECTED AND EMPTY table because I had used it in the morning, I made rice, we kept it in containers and we took it to eat with a can of tuna at the event since my students didn't take much money, the trip was financed with many activities.. the next day we had competition again so when I went down to breakfast I went to ask for my pot . THE GRAY MANAGER SPEAKS POWERFUL, disdainful at the moment that he asked for my pot and mentioned the room he changed totally, he looked at me horribly, he said that this was forbidden in "his hotel" and that "I am supposed to know" because it is a general rule of all the hotels in Florida like wanting to surprise or to scare me and of full English and fast as to confuse me, I if I speak English I am bilingual WELL and I stayed seeing him and I responded to him to the same rhythm in English I told him: "Where is that rule written? I signed in the check in that it is prohibited to smoke, that animals are not allowed and that if something is damaged the deposit will be used but it does not say anything about prohibited electrical appliances" He indicated that it could cause a fire and I said, "Okay, what's the difference with the hair iron that has more watts than the mini rice cooker?

Convenient location close to Disney World attractions made our stay here really enjoyable! 🎢

One can recommend this hotel with the best conscience. Especially Katharina at the reception was very obliging and friendly. I will gladly come again.

This place is conveniently located close to restaurants, gift shops, shopping areas, attractions, and the airport.

Over priced for week-end

The breakfast in the morning was plentiful and complete with cereal, hot options, and juices. the staff were really good and understanding. the location turned out to be great and amazing, adjacent to many restaurants, shops, theme parks, Downtown Disney.

The staff was professional, the service was exceptional, they shared some useful information, and its location so close to everything Disney was unbeatable and convenient, we even managed a quick visit to McDonald’s nearby.
